Ripped by Lockah: DANCE TRANCE - Ratpack (year unknown)
Here’s a tape purchased in my youth from 1up Records in Aberdeen. I reckon I was about 9 or 10 (meaning it was acquired in ‘94 or ‘95) but we’ll see once someone (hopefully) IDs a few of these tunes and sheds some light of the strict era we’re talking about here. The original cover is long lost but the artwork had a swinging pendulum thing on it, except the pendulum weight was actually PLANET EARTH! Headfuck or what? I had another tape from the same series featuring Fallout but this is also long gone.
The sound quality was already sketchy before 17 years of use in various hosting cassette players and time off under car seats. I’m more interested in the tunes though. Hopefully you’ll all enjoy it.
